Rescheduling appointments, or cancellations must be done 48 hrs before your appointment or you will be charged 60% of the service(s). There is a 7 minute grace period. After the 7 minutes your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will be charged 60% of the services. You will not be able to book another appointment before that fee is paid. Clients with 3 or more last minute cancellations will be banned from booking online. You will need to book through text or DM. You will need to pay the appointment in full prior to booking. If you cancel last minute or for any reason miss your appointment the full amount of the service will not be refunded.
